Membership meeting on October 4 in Fairfield, PA
The Thaddeus Stevens Society will have a membership meeting on October 4 at 1 pm at the community park at 4020 Bullfrog Road in Fairfield, PA. The meeting will be a potluck picnic. Hot dogs, hamburgers, soda and chips will be served and attendees are encouraged to bring side dishes, though it is not required. After the business meeting, we will carpool to see local sites associated with Thaddeus Stevens's Tapeworm Railroad and Maria Iron Furnace.
